We’re looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join our AI Systems team. You’ll design, build, and optimize the algorithms that power Synta AI, ensuring our platform delivers fast, accurate, and scalable intelligence to our clients. This role blends hands-on coding with problem-solving at the intersection of data science and real-world applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement core AI/ML algorithms for decision-making systems

• Optimize code for speed, scalability, and reliability

• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to translate research into production-ready features

• Build and maintain automated testing for AI components

• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for system improvements

• Document architecture, processes, and best practices

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or similar programming languages

• Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar)

• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software architecture

• Experience deploying AI/ML models into production environments

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Knowledge of MLOps tools and pipelines

• Familiarity with data visualization libraries or dashboards

• Previous work in SaaS or B2B enterprise software

• Interest in emerging AI technologies and their applications
